I was in need of a new roof due to wind damage in April. My roof also had solar panels that would have to be removed prior to work being done and reinstalled after. After many phone calls to local roofing companies I decided to hire 48 Solar to complete the work. I based my decision on estimated cost of the repairs needed. 48 Solar was also able to do all work needed where others could only do the roof but not removal and reinstall the solar panels. I was only able to find one other company willing to do all the work requested but they came in with estimate cost being considerably more than 48 Solar. Leonard was upfront and was able to clearly explain all that would be needed to be done.

Leonard and his crew were professional, reliable, knowledgeable and communicated very well. First, Fermin came to my home and inspected roof. He explained the process and gave me an estimate. He walked me through all the points in the contract and ensured I understood before I initialed or signed anything. Fermin even answered 17 questions I had written up prior to his arrival.

I had a full roof replacement. There was 3 layers of old roof and some wood damage. 48 Solar and roofing ensured I was fully informed on what was needed and gave me different options/recommendations. There were no hidden fees as I was explained in detail what the initial estimate was and how that could change once work started. The new roof looks amazing and it only took one week (due to the 3 layers of old roofing material).

When my solar installer showed me photos of a missing end cap and deteriorating shingles I started researching for roofers in Yuma. I called three companies and was mostly impressed with professionalism and PR of 48 Solar and Roofing. Their price to replace the 20 yr old roof was comparable, and scheduling was reasonable especially with storms in the near future.

The roofers were awesome and bothered nobody. They took care of their business and completed the roofing in a short time with good cleanup.

Now, I have a new roof guaranteed for 30 yrs.

I noticed that our 30 year old roof was looking sad. Our neighbor was having his replaced, so I watched to see how good they were. The men from 48 Solar appeared to know what they were doing. So I contacted the owner and asked for a quote. It was inline with other quotes, but he had a better presentation and could get the job finished faster. His crew started on Monday and finished on Friday noon. His crew was respectful and very efficient. Yard area was cleaned and everything returned to normal. I want to thank 48 Solar and Roofing for a great job.

The company is very professional! They contacted the insurance adjuster and advised her that our entire roof needed to be replaced. They cleaned up all the debris! It was nice to come home and not have any waste in our yard. We have recommended 48 Solar and Roofing to several friends!

Experienced a small drip after a large rainstorm on my flat roof. Went on line to find some company to come and have a look and give me a recommended repair.

The person that came gave me a very thorough explanation and photos of the issues and the recommendations and cost.

The crew at 48 Solar did a great job putting a new roof on my garage and at a good price. I plan to use them next year to put a new roof on my house! Their work trailer was the cleanest most organized trailer I’ve ever seen!

Excellent and professionally completed re roofing on our house, garage and washroom. Project was started earlier than estimated and completed a day early with a storm coming in the day after. Leonard was checking on work daily and we were in communication with him when necessary. He kept us informed on the progress continuously. Cleanup was done daily around the buildings. Very satisfied with the work done.
