Jose and frank did an awesome job would highly recommend them to my neighbors

From the moment we called and spoke to Sean we felt he understood our needs. Their technician was sent out to survey our roof. The following Friday Sean came out to let us know their findings. We were very please and of course authorized the work to be done. The project was scheduled. We received notification when Jose’s team was going to be here. Upon arrival we were informed what the process would be. We found there was definitely an open line of communication. Once the team completed the resealing they cleaned up the debris. We would definitely recommend American Solar & Roofing.

This is an unsolicited Customer Review.

Recently, I contracted with American Roofing and Solar for both Roofing and Solar Installation. I did extensive research and received many quotes for both jobs from many companies. American’s pricing was competitive and, I believe, the product was superior to the competition. More so, the service was outstanding. For instance, many Solar Companies have a Sales Force, but they won’t come to your property. Rather, they give quotes via the internet. Further, they subcontract the actual work. American, came to our property and reviewed our needs firsthand. As well, there were no high pressure sales techniques involved. Instead, only factual and accurate information given.

For both projects the installers were not subcontractors but company employees. They were very professional, courteous and competent. The projects were completed on time. The company stands behind its product and service with a strong warranty on parts and labour.

Of particular, the technical competence and professionalism of the Roofer Foreman, and the entire Solar Installation Team to include Jose, Miguel and Carlos was noteworthy and very much appreciated.

Overall we are very pleased with our choice of contractor and would certainly recommend American to anyone contemplating Roofing or Solar installation.

Great experience with American Solar & Roofing, who replaced my roof and installed a solar PV system. Everyone I interacted with there was great and responsive, in particular my solar project manager Jose, who kept me well informed of the process and schedule from the beginning, and was flexible & cheerful to work with. This was my second time having American Solar install a PV system, and I recommend them highly.

Very professional. On time. No mess left behind. Informed us of arrival and departure. I believe the techs name was Jose.

Sean was great to work with, he explained our options more than any other company without any pressure to purchase. Jose and his crew replaced the roof and installed the solar. Jose responded quickly to any issues or concerns. Would recommend this company to anyone looking at solar or roofing.

Professional, on time and accommodating service

Great experience. Jose made the process go smoothly by managing the project from end to end. His communication was excellent.

Curd Flowers was wonderful. He really explained the system and gave us access to the app. The previous tech said to call the office to get access and the office said I couldn’t get access because my internet was too slow. That was not true at all. We really thank Curd for helping us.

The technician, Mr. Curd Flowers, troubleshot and identified the Inverter as the solar system problem. The Inverter was still under warranty, was placed on order, and replaced in two weeks. Also, Mr. Flowers explained, in detail and demonstrated to me, all other solar system components were operating properly. Lastly, American Solar and Roofing gave me a free roof inspection, in conjunction with, a free Production upgrade proposal. Definitely a 5 STAR experience!

William and Charles did a superb job in removing and then reinstalling our solar panels when our roof needed repair. They were very professional, courteous and thorough in doing the work.

In 2009 American Solar and Roofing (just American Solar back then) installed our solar panels. A few years later we needed our clay tile roof redone, by then the company had done so many roofing jobs they morphed into an excellent roofing company. They found issues with a previous Ky-Ko repair, and fixed numerous problems from the previous roofing job. The new roof has been solid and water-tight for nearly 10 years now and the solar panels are on their 14th year, still producing over 80% of the power they made when new. Highly recommend Joy and her company, American Solar & Roofing.

Curd was thorough, , professional, answered all my questions, patient

I had a home PV system installed using American Solar & Roofing 15 years ago on our previous home. I was very happy with that install and had no complaints. I decided to use them again for our new home in Anthem. I’m glad I did. Another great install. Jose Leon and his team did a fantastic job. Everything was straight forward, and everyone one at American Solar was very receptive to questions or any concerns I had. I’ve got no complaints. I highly recommend the folks at American Solar & Roofing.

American Solar & Roofing service scheduler, Kaiden was very professional and promptly followed through with service updates and scheduling. Technician ‘Curd’ was a super guy who was really knowledgeable about our solar system. During his first visit, he accurately diagnosed the inverter problem and ordered a replacement. Upon returning to install the new SMA inverter, Curd did a beautiful job with the installation, especially reconnecting the existing and new wiring. I highly recommend ASR for any solar system install or service, emphasizing communication with scheduler Kaiden and superior service by technician Curd.

Appreciate Ben project manager and crew working around my hectic appointment schedule needing access to inverter in the garage. Had a few small issues with roof fixed promptly. Solar working great!! Great crew . Deserve extra credit blowing heavy roof dust off my car.🙂
