I have had nothing but stellar service from the first time I met with Mark to discuss getting solar. He clearly explained all the options and I signed up. The installation was smooth Buddy annd his crew were incredible . I have now enjoyed not paying anything for electricity since it was installed. Choosing Aneva was the best decision I ever made!!!

Great job. The panels have been great. They even followed up with use during the first year. During one of the followups the asked about our bill and come to find out APS was failing to give us credit for the solar energy we had sold to them. Grateful they didn’t just install and run but actually followed up to make sure everything was working properly.

Wonderful company to work with. Communication was great, very open about the process, capabilities, and expectations. Project schedule was timely (nearly 2 months ahead of schedule!) , install was smooth and clean. Everyone I spoke to or worked with at Aneva was professional and straightforward. The most professional organization I have worked with in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. From the initial contact/estimate, initial site visit, actual work and the quality control visit, it was a fantastic experience. Every person I dealt with was responsive and professional. The installation crew was skilled and their work was expert. All conduit is straight. The bends and penetrations are located at the correct place and finished to my expectations. A better way to say it is that their work was to their high standards. I actually asked if Aneva Solar was an employ owned company because their employees care and provide an experience that every customer deserves.

This company is TOP NOTCH. They deserve the positive reviews and 5 star ratings. From beginning to end, they are organized, timely, professional and courteous. We are very happy with their service and with our new solar system. Post installation we are able to monitor the solar output, panel by panel- its pretty incredible. Aneva just completed a new solar installation on my house and I could not be happier. The process was professionally managed, with a clear timeline and good communication throughout. We chose to install solar in an effort to lessen hydrocarbons released into the atmosphere. A very exacting friend recommended Aneva, and we checked its references and reviews to confirm.

Our system is now up and running. There were a few inevitable kinks with the installation of what we call our “power plant,” but frankly we have been really happy with the tenacity of the Aneva Solar folks in troubleshooting and fixing everything.

We are satisfied with the quality of their work. They answered all our questions and at the front end gently questioned some of our assumptions on the large quantity of panels we wanted (we explained and they understood and accepted what we had in mind). In other words, they didn’t over sell or upsell us.

Two other points: The workers kept a clean, professional worksite. And they completed the install in the promised time frame.
