A/C unit stopped working on Saturday afternoon, called them and were here a half hour later and got it working, won’t let anyone else work on my system,

The most professional contractor to ever come to my home, I was paying over $400 a month in electric bills until they found out my unit was undercharged and now I only pay up to $200! I’ll definitely be using these guys again

Arizona Accurate’s crew was professional, courtesy and thoughtful. They were fantastic at answering our questions, and were with us from the beginning of the project and beyond. We had some issues with our solar panels (not really their problem) and they were fantastic about making sure everything got resolved and the process was as painless as possible. Highly recommend for all your solar needs.

We had accurate replace our solar hot water heater. When they completed the work 2 years ago, they did NOT replace the pan under the water heater as they should have because the old one was smaller than it should have been. They they bent up the one that was there just to make the new hot water heater fit. About 8 months ago we started having problems with the hot water heater ‘dumping’ water out of it through the relief valve. We called them. They have come out several times but have no idea what the problem is. Of course they have charged us each time, except maybe once, with no solutions. The heater keeps ‘dumping’ water. Today they came out again, the owner was very rude, said he doesn’t know what’s going on, lowered the temperature on the water heater and told my husband to cover half of the solar panel if that doesn’t work – and of course charged us again.

They also gave us false information (when they replaced our solar hot water heater) about replacing our other water heater which is electric and is in a different part of the house. We have had other quotes and they other plumbers gave us completely different information (that were consistent with each other).

I do Not recommend AZ Accurate Solar & A/C.

Thought we found our solar contractor but after seeing the work vehicles covered in racist stickers. Super unprofessional, wouldn’t trust these guys on my roof, let alone inside my home.

TERRIBLE!!!! Called several times. Left messages. Never heard from them at all. Negative stars in my opinion

Arizona Accurate came out to check the AC then learned it needed to be replaced. They came out twice to recharge the freon to get us through until they can replace the unit, which it today. We noticed the difference right away. So happy to have a properly working AC unit in AZ summer. Every one we dealt with at Arizona Accurate was beyond friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. I wished I would have taken a picture of our 26 year old unit.

We have been using AZ Accurate for years and it is the only place we go for AC work. We know we are always going to get the best service and honesty which is very important to me and my family. We just got new AC’s put in and they are awesome! Thank you Jay and Audrey!

I called several solar installers before choosing Arizona Accurate. My job was highly customized, as the new solar array had to fit in the same space as the old (20 years) array. Likewise the battery and power control panel. And of course, it involved removing the old system components. Everyone else I talked to was afraid of this custom job, or couldn’t make time for it. Arizona Accurate took the job and got it underway in time for the 30% federal tax credit.

Everything was done to my specifications and satisfaction. Jay and Dakota are highly skilled and a pleasure to work with. Because some of the components required for my system were new technology, there was a bit of a learning curve for them and several return visits were required. Still, they persevered and got it right. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others who need custom work.

Ironically, the day after their last visit, we had a 3-4 hour power outage. I’m happy to report that my computer didn’t even notice when the grid went down and we switched to a combination of solar and battery power. I run my business out of my home, and this was one of the reasons I wanted a backup power supply. The grid in our area is just not reliable. Arizona Accurate helped me maintain this security.

AZ Accurate was awesome from start to finish! Our Solar Water heater had a leak and AZ Accurate was the only company I found that would fix it- so thankful I found them. Jay explained what to do until it was fixed. They arrived on time, found out the problem, explained what he had to fix, fixed it and showed me everything after. Very friendly, fast, and efficient. I will definitely be using them in the future, if needed. I highly recommend their services.

I work for a property management company, otherwise I would recommend to anyone specifically & especially with any air conditioning repairs as well as replacement installations etc., they’ll beat any competitor’s pricing!

I have worked for Arizona Accurate for around 10 years as a technician/installer. You must have caught Jay on a bad day, we all have them. I can assure you he is not a bad person to work for and he always takes care of his employees. Otherwise I would not have stuck around for 10 years!

Solar pool systems are often difficult to work on, and it is very common for there to be an unforeseen problem with the system once you begin to work on it. plastic panels and plastic pipe in the sun, in Arizona… not a great mix, and I’m sure you are aware that any plastic left in the sun for an extended period of time becomes very brittle. Unfortunately the options of products available for heating swimming pools with the sun is mainly limited to plastic and the way the world is moving its looking like its going to stay that way.

Often if the system is old enough it can end up costing more to fix the system than its worth and ends up being more cost effective to replace it entirely. If there is storm or other weather inflicted damage to the system then your homeowners insurance will pay to repair/replace it. I do not know your exact situation but Jay has been working on these systems for 35+ years and knows when a system or panel is beyond repair and if your insurance will cover the repairs/replacement.

I worked for az accurate in 2014-15 and they were BY FAR THE BEST people to work for. I moved to Ohio and I am actually moving my whole family back to az to go work for them again. That jus shows you that they are good hearted people. They are honest and not out to jus make a buck but to help people the best way they possibly can!!!

One star is too much! Had these guys give me a bid to fix my pool solar system. Claimed to be the “area experts” and when it finally came time to do the work, they came with a horrible attitude, grumbled the whole time about the job and then said they couldn’t do it. They totally left me high and dry after encouraging me to file a claim against my insurance. The owner is a jerk. I feel sorry for his employees! What a terrible way to do business! I have never dealt with someone so rude and unprofessional. Sorry you are old and no longer want to work, but that shouldn’t be my problem.
