Bright home did a great job with our solar installation. Sam was able to come in and explain what exactly we would be getting and the different options that were available to us regarding solar. After we decided to go through with installation, Austin and his team were able to provide quick design plans and let us modify anything to our liking. Surprisingly, the whole process was very quick, the only thing we waited on were permits and even that was pretty speedy. Austin kept in touch with me the entire time and updated me weekly. I love that the panels were put on the backside of my home, so that they weren’t an eyesore when looking at my house from the front. The process was from April 13-July 1. Overall, I would definitely recommend going with Bright Home for a solar installation. Even just hearing their pitch will give you a good insight to the type of company they are.

Adding solar to your home can be perplexing, so I recommend you get three quotes and set up an appointment with your electric utility. They’ll help you choose the best. The right one for me was Bright Home Energy. They were clear up front about what they were going to do. They kept me apprised throughout the process. The install team was courteous and considerate. The inspections passed with flying colors. Bright Home Energy fulfilled their promises.

Was very pleased with the company at first! Offered us their best deal possible but decided to go with a different solar company and as soon as they found out turned out they could offer us even a better deal felt a bit like haggling with a car dealer ship very eager to get your service. Guess there was a limit on being able to cancel with the company I figured since they didn’t do any thing to our house and didn’t pull permits “I checked” or do any thing really besides talk to some people we would be able to cancel with no fees but looks like we owe them over a thousand dollars for nothing really!! So lesson learned don’t sign any thing and make sure your not going to switch company’s other wise it will cost you for no reason.

It has been a pleasant experience working with Bright Home Energy. We are snow birds and we were unable to be present for the installation. Austin did a great job keeping us informed and working with our contact person when workers needed access to our house. We are very excited to see the system now working and look forward to monitoring the production.

From the sales person to the design team to the installation team we had an A+ experience with Bright Home Energy regarding our solar panel project. We were charged the same amount as told by the salesperson with no hard sell tactics, we were communicated with regularly by the design team at every stage of the project, and the installation team was courteous, prompt, and professional. At the end of the project, we were educated on how to track our solar production and what to expect from APS regarding billing. I would highly recommend BHE for solar panel installation!

Working with Bright Home has been one of the best sales experiences ever. Pablo and Rason initially offered to draw up a proposal for me to consider, and based on my APS numbers, they showed me how profitable this would be as an investment–it completely made sense to do this. There was never any pressure to commit, in fact the opposite was true. The convincing bottom line made me say yes, along with the “ideal array” layout from the engineers. The installation crew was friendly, thorough and professional. This company was willing to do the work, and they did it well.

I am so impressed with Bright Home Energy. Their sales person Kevin Lane was excellent and fielded calls from us during the whole process. Their follow up from Austin Orso at the office was some of the best that I have ever had when purchasing a product of any kind. I usually don’t write reviews but again just so impressed.
