They’re crooks. Sold me 110% offset system that was completely undersized. My bills are just as high as they were with solar than when I had no solar. Recommend finding a better solar provider. Money spent was a waste because I see no savings at all from the system. Been dealing with it for 3 years.

We have had these solar panels for a couple of years and so far so good. I have had great response from Vivint and Freedom Forever. They have always provided great customer service.

One of the best if not the best solar company out there I got Solar 2 years ago and now my summer bills when from 580$-600$ to only 35-45$ a month! My family is super happy and will highly recommended anyone who is interested in saving money on there electricity bills!!! Keep in mind get multiple quotes and you’ll see who’s the cheapest one we are estatic

The Cubs did a great job installing my solar panels! They were communicative and quick, I’m so happy with my experience. Highly recommend!

Once they have your money….the customer service is absolutely terrible. I’ve been trying to transfer the ownership of the system for MONTHS! Hours on hold. Warranty Department is non reachable. “They do not have a direct line sir”.

Update – They have now stated that if the ownership transfer isn’t started within 20 days of home ownership, the warranty is VOID. I wonder why they don’t put their name or information anywhere on the systems they install. On top of that, they voided our warranty when another solar company removed and reinstalled the solar panels during a reroof. Again, no mention of that anywhere.

The second tech I have had in a year with full transparency. I appreciate his customer service.

Very Knowledgeable and professional, explained everything before and after, had a outstanding crew working with him.Everything was picked up when they left. The product looks good!
