Very helpful company and staff, I hope more people implement solar power in the future

So helpful. Starting with a salesman that was NOT pushy but gave us all the info we needed before we signed anything. Then we were helped by their customer rep who made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way. They were great in contacting our local electric provider and getting everything done. We didn’t have to worry about anything. Such an easy process to get us hooked up to solar.

Harmon was contracted by APS to install 16 solar panels on my home’s roof. The project was completed within the established time frame in a very professional manner. I was kept informed and never felt I was kept out of the information loop. The final product was more art than piecing together individual items. I am very satisfied.

I have had a solar system through Harmon (Sunrun) for 13 years. It has performed well until recently. The inverter “died” for lack of better term. When we got our system, the customer service was great. Now that we need service, the level of service is terrible. In fact, I have time to write this review because I have been on hold for 25 minutes trying to schedule a service call and I need something to do. In addition to the inverter requiring replacement, we were told our meter was obsolete and needed to be replaced. I was told that the meter would be replaced “when their crew was ‘in the area’ which could be anywhere from 1 to 3 months”. Finally, we received a call to schedule the work. Long story short(er) the meter has been replaced twice and still does not work. I am on the phone (on hold) to try and schedule another service call. When they finally answered, I was told they would contact their (lack of) service department and they would call me back. We’ll see. As a footnote, we discovered our meter has not been functioning correctly for well over a year. Not only did they not contact us about this (they claim that they monitor your system for problems) we have been paying for a service we were not receiving. Have they offered a refund or credit…if you guessed yes, you are quite wrong. Lesson learned, once the sale and installation are complete, the honeymoon is over. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. If you ever have system problems, you become their lowest priority. I give them one star here because you can’t go lower than that.

Professional experience from the discussion of my needs during the sale through installation to finishing the project. There are a lot of moving parts and different entities with city, solar, and power all required to do their parts. Harmon prompt on responses and actions to take care of their end of the work. I was very pleased with the whole process and I would recommend them to anyone.

My solar was activated yesterday. Harmon Solar has done a great job. (This is my second house that I have used Harmon and they do not disappoint!). My salesman Josh Osborn was very informative and answered all my questions. And my project manager Justin Preston kept me informed every step of the way. They were both absolutely great! The whole process was basically problem free. Thank you Harmon Solar!

Employee that tricked me into buying the panels, told me that my bill and payments would be $88 a months. Now my bill with $88 panel payment is like a summer payment every month. 25 years of payments for panels. Totally tricked into it.

We were very pleased with Harmon Solar. We had problems with the city regarding previous electrical work which had not been performed by Harmon Solar. Harmon Solar helped us with every step of getting the previous work permitted. It was a slow process but we would’ve never made it without their help. Once everything was approved by the city, the solar panels were installed quickly and efficiently with no problems and we are enjoying the benefits of solar power. I recommend Harmon Solar to all of my friends.

This company exceeded our expectations in every way. From Sales to Project Management and Field Service, everybody was great. Dennis, Breana and Jose were great and did not disappoint. We put in a pretty big system with 38 panels and 3 Tesla Powerwalls. Whenever there was an issue, they took care of it right away with no hassle. In addition to no electricity bills, we are getting money back from APS. Great Company!

Harmon Solar did an awesome job installing my solar panels. They also installed an electrical panel for me. From the project manager to the foreman I received excellent service. I would highly recommend Harmon Solar to my family and friends.

My first solar company I dealt with ripped me off of $12K. When I signed up with Harmon I had many questions all through the process and checking and rechecking. They answered all my questions. The system had one glitch when one relay failed. Harmon fixed it immediately. Nice people. Honest. Reliable. They kept to schedules. After my first experience, I expected the worst. I ended up with the best.
