Edmundo was my rep for this transaction and did a quality job. There were the normal issues that needed to be worked out and he was very helpful.

I first made contact with Edmundo and he was quick to convince me on the solar panels. I signed contract on 07/2022 and they were very quick to set panels on my roof(within 2 wks) Edmundo has no knowledge on rebates, discounts( he said I would get 30% rebate from IRS to help reduce the purchase if solar panels) LIED!! THERE IS NO REBATE, ONLY TAX CREDIT. So from agreeing to pay $124mo, my bill now is $168mo. He lied about paying for 1yr of my bill!!!, he lied about getting panels done in 30-60 days, it took them 9months to connect. Every time the techs came in they were unprepared or missing parts. This is by far the worst experience I’VE HAD! I made contact with Edmundo several times and he never had the answer and would state I will call you back, only to take 1-2 wks for me to call him back and still he didn’t know. I would recommend solar panels but not with I AM SOLAR OR EDMUNDO HIERRO!!!!!

I Am Solar did an outstanding job and I highly recommend them. I had been thinking of getting a solar system since we moved into our new home. I have a good friend who was also looking and he contacted 3 companies. After getting his feedback I contacted I Am Solar and I chose them to do my installation. Edmundo explained the process and handled everything for me.
Edmundo kept me informed throughout the process. The whole team was great to work with and they did an excellent job.

EdMundo the representative for I AM Solar has done so much to promote and take care of the customers that have had solar installed, it’s not the company, it’s the county that is dragging their feet, all it takes is for the customer to call the county inspector and just like magic things start happening, the pandemic is over and they need to get back to work and do their job.
Rep was very helpful walking us thru the procedure and the installation was very professionally done and very kind in addressing any questions. Our Rep Edurdo was always available to my many questions and patient..we recommended our friends who are going with it too.
