A walking salesperson lied to my face yesterday about taxes, saying a new roof could get the same tax credit as the solar panels and equipment. I do not believe this was a one-off sales pitch based on how well he sold it. Who knows, maybe he even believed it. I’m betting there will soon be a lot of angry solar owners in the area once the IRS comes knocking with audits in hand.

I had solar in Colorado and was very excited to speak to Ivan about adding it to my home in Marana. Ivan came to my home explained the process and even played with my dog a bit. The installation crew showed up on time and had everything done in around 4 hours. The crew chief explains everything to me regarding the panel and even matched the touch up paint to the existing trim and facia . I would highly recommend Icon power to anyone considering a solar power installation.

Icon Power recently completed the installation of solar panels on my home in East Tucson. From beginning to activation the process with the folks at Icon was flawless. Zach, my primary contact, was awesome! He was my introduction to Icon and kept my job on track from beginning to end. He continually monitored the progress of my job until completion. Also, because I had plans to return to Virginia in early May, he did everything possible to get the job done as expeditiously as possible. The equipment used is totally American-made. The installation crews were top-notch. Crew leaders, especially Matt, were courteous, communicated clearly and made sure the job was done to my satisfaction. Icon has an app for phones that lets you know the exact progress of the job. Had I known how cost-effective solar for my home would be, I would have installed panels much sooner. I will be recommending Icon Power and Zach to my neighbors. It was a trouble-free and good experience.

I signed up for the Tucson coop with SUN. ICON Power was selected as the vendor and deadline was in Spring. I couldn’t make the deadline, but by January I was interested in pursuing solar. I contacted ICON power and they agreed to do an estimate and honor the pricing given to the coop many months earlier. I was impressed. They sent out a representative who took us through the process answered all our questions. After more research on them as a company we decided to go with them and signed a contract. The contract was simple and straight forward.

The process followed the steps that were outlined. It went fairly quickly through all the steps. Installation occurred without any issues and took only 2 days. We were there one day but not the other. Coordination between ICON and TEP and our Town was very good and activation of the system was completed . The price was the original price that was quoted and no changes occurred.

All in all it was a painless experience. Our representative was very responsive to calls and questions. We are now generating power. Thank you TEP for such a positive experience.

I had professional, timely, and courteous communication through the full process with Icon Power, from the initial consultation with Gina Cuppari, to the activation of the solar panels, as well as with coordination of TEP and my HOA. The system was up and working in 45 days from start to end and I am able to monitor my solar energy effectively through an app. Thank you team Icon Power for getting the system up and running without any interruptions or setbacks, and making it so enjoyable to work with you!

I have given Sales Advisor, Gina Cuppari, a five star rating from the Solar proposal I received from her in December. I appreciated Gina ‘s professionalism, preparedness, knowledge and overall presentation of her proposal. She provided me with precise information of my Solar needs for my house and a detailed outline of the costs, projected savings, and financing. Gina also explained the Energy Tax Credit extremely well, which as a Tax Accountant, I have witnessed where many Solar salespeople have misled the homeowner on the tax credits. I have decided not to install Solar at this time but it has nothing to do with Ms. Cuppari. My wife passed in July 2023 and my daughter was diagnosed with cancer in December 2023 so I am holding off any major decisions at this time. However, I have recommended Gina to several of my friends and acquaintances that are considering Solar.

Gina is absolutely phenomenal. She made sure everything went smoothly, coordinated and took care of everything. I would recommend her for anyone interested or looking to go solar!

Gina Cuppari works for a local solar company called ICON Power. ICON is a great company because of Sales Reps like Gina who has a knack for connecting with her customers. If there is ever an issue, she’s immediately doing what’s necessary to resolve the issue in a timely manor and will always follow up. ICON Power and Sales Reps like Gina are always committed to providing outstanding customer service.
