The sales rep told us that the 15 panels they were going to install would cover our energy bills. At the very least in the winter and it doesn’t even do that. Rather disappointing experience and definitely will not be using Ohana on any of our future homes.

Let me start by saying Cam our salesman was truly amazing! He showed up to our home and sold us on solar! He came in to my home sat at my dinner table and LIED TO MY FACE and my wife’s face he explained to us how the program worked, we would get 30% of what we spent back which we could put back on our solar and to keep a lower payment cause if you don’t your payment doubles in 18 months what he failed to mention is that you get 30% but it is in a form of a credit on your earned income tax not cash which he assured me we could use the money to buy a boat a camper or put it back on our loan to keep a lower payment! So if your looking for solar it is a good idea but not from ohana and NOT FORM CAM!

Great experience and all went well with Ohana. Communication was excellent and they followed thru as well. Would use them again!

Remember, when you decide to put a system on your home, you’re hiring a someone that will guide you through the installation process. You’re hiring someone you can get ahold of with your questions.

Jeromy worked with Titan Solar on my project for the installation support which is the right choice. They are a reputable installation company.

I still hear from Jeromy now and again to see how I’m doing.

The Ohana team was very helpful in setting up our solar. Even when our inverter failed, they helped us get in touch with the installation company to get it replaced for free under warranty. If you’re going to do solar, do it with Ohana.

This is not good for non residents of arizona. We never did receive our federal tax rebate when we filed for our taxes in twenty three. We were told that we would be eligible for the tax credit, which was false. Always called for tech support failed to get any help from anybody at any time. Would a recommend this company. No because I was lied to misrepresented by this company. Cam was a smooth talker he told us everything that you that you would want to hear.

We had two great experiences putting 24 panels up and then adding 15 more at a later date. They kept us updated throughout the process and we’re very professional.
