I had Shawn V., Alan R. and Caleb W. Came into my office cause there company rented units for there fleet trucks from Extra Space Storage and they were very helpful getting me what I needed from them to move in. Very professional and courtesy! Thanks guys!!

Oscar and his team were extremely professional.Oscar took time to explain the installation process and he updated me once again when the work was completed. They were efficient and cleaned up very well after they were finished. It was a pleasant experience. I definitely recommend Oscar and his team for the installation of Solar Panels.

Their up front attentiveness is amazing. Great customer service initially but their back end service after purchase is terrible. My electricity bill is still very high despite getting solar through these guys. Don’t do it. It’s not worth it, or maybe just not with this company.

Customer service has greatly improved, and the tech ALAN that came out to update the inverter software (and get my app running again) was professional, knowledgeable and went above expectations by staying past working hours and explaining everything. Very satisfied :)

Brianna at On Point Solar is attentive and took care of us. Our inverter went out and SolarEdge would not respond to our inquiries for install. On Point assigned a technician from their team to quicken the process. Thanks On Point.

Edgardo and Alex are doing any awesome job at getting us hooked up to our solar panels.

They both are very friendly, professional. They explained what they were going to be doing today & what the next step will be.

They were on time, helpful in explaining to me some of the in & outs to the solar/batterey. Granted right now we are just waiting on the relay switch, which is on back order, I only know because they explained that to me.

They also did an amazing job when they installed the solar panels on our roof.

I definitely will recommend On-Point Solar Power to anyone who is interested in solar panels.

5 stars for Alan Ruvalcaba with On Point Solar for assisting me with getting my solar inverter connected to the SolarEdge monitoring app. He went out of his way to answer all my questions in a timely manner and went above and beyond by updating the firmware remotely. Each question I had about the process of resetting my Solar Inverter was answered promptly. I’m now able to monitor usage and be alerted for any problems that may occur. Overall the experience was fantastic. I highly recommend On Point Solar.

Edgardo and Alex did a great job today. They explained why they were here today and what they were doing and approximately how long it would take. Very frindle and courteous. Asked how system was doing, if any problems, if any questions. When they were finished they let me know and said if any problems arise please be sure to call on point immediately. Very satisfied!

On point solar is amazing. Everything from start to finish has been a great experience. Customer service is amazing. My inverter stopped working, I didn’t know until I got an email from them saying a new one was being shipped and installed free of charge. My solar was down for 3 weeks. Not only was it fixed quickly but they reimbursed me for the my missed Solar production.

After 4 bad attempts with several companies to get solar panels, my husband and I had all but given up. Then Tanner with OnPoint reached out to me. Tanner is amazing! He’s honest, dedicated in meeting his clients needs, and followed through with every commitment he made to us. Our experience was positive and stress free. Thanks again Tanner for making our solar experience a positive one.

Great to work with!

After getting proposals from 8 different solar companies, we decided to go with On Solar. They had the panels up within 10 days of signing the contracts!

A few weeks later, had a new electric panel installed and right after the kitchen GFCI kep flipping… and the fridge was on the breaker. Ugh!

This was Friday of Memorial Day Weekend 2024. Caleb, with On Solar Operations, sent a team out immediately to get the GFCI working (installed a new one). Unfortunately, it didn’t fix the issue. So on Saturday – of the holiday weekend – sent Edgardo out and replaced the breaker and a couple of outlets.

BOOM! Worked like a charm and we’re back up and running.

A couple of takeaways – I heard some solar companies after you sign they kindof disappear. On Solar team stepped up and did not leave us hanging on a holiday weekend. And they fixed the issue and communicated the whole way thru.

On Solar went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and heard… what more could you want in a company?
