When we initially got the panels customer service was good. However, we have been trying to get ahold of Steve since February about the window screens that we never received and are paying for. I’ve called and sent Steve many messages since February and still no answer. I feel that this is unprofessional from his behave.

My Boyfriend Irving R. applied for solar. We have received a call from collections of the amount of $4,907.61 for breach of contract which did not happen at all . The loan isn’t fully canceled till the 25th of October so I don’t understand why I am getting a call from collections on your behave, I have not received any notice besides the email . Your company has not been professional with us as a client. Steven advised us to cancel the loan in order to add 5 extra panels he did not clarify that if I was not approved the second time around that we would have to pay a breach of contract. If his company does not remove this I will be taking legal action and he will be hearing from my attorney.

Not a good company, they lied to my wife and put her in a high interest program. The owner was very rude and condescending when I tried to cancel, looking at his reviews most you can tell are faked. Very pushy and unprofessional.

When we tried to cancel they tried to charge us 5,000 dollars ! We were able to call the finance company and cancel the loan out

He was upfront and honest from the start and walked me through the drawbacks of installing solar with SRP as our electricity provider. Before speaking with Steve, I was lied to by a door to door solar sales person. I’m really thankful that I spoke to Steve afterwards and that he was more interested in helping to inform me, than making a sale. Steve has also put in the effort to create a ton of educational content about solar on his website. I definitely recommend for anyone considering solar to checkout his website and give him a call.

I worked with the owner Steve from Phoenix Solar Panel Systems on our ground mount system. Steve was extremely professional and was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Steve was always there for my wife and I when we had questions. We had trouble getting qualified for our solar loan, and Steve went the extra mile to find a finance company that would qualify us. I highly recommend Steve if you are looking to get solar panels!
