Couldn’t be more happy from my solar system that we purchased. I love owning my electric thank you to the knowledgeable sales team and professional installation crew who walked me through every step of the process. I would highly recommended this company if you want to be free of your electric bills!

From the very beginning of our journey with solar, the Positive Solar Company has been there to help us to recognize our need for solar. I asked many questions, I bugged them but they came through with a great plan. I reached my goal of being self sustainable. Most companies take hours, days, and weeks to get back but with minutes there’re on the phone. Excellent service, very personal. They stay until the job is completed. They worked in the cold, snow and rain. Thanks so much for your hard work and excellent customer service. Here’s the icing on the cake. If you are low on power, they will contact you and discuss what actions need to solve the problem. If they are on vacation, someone will call you back. This is the company to use for all of your solar needs.

The staff is professional and friendly from the office personnel to the site workers. The system looks and works excellent. My wife and I highly recommended them.

Great company. 1st rate experience! Stood behind their product 100% even when we had a problem that was totally due to a manufacturer’s issue. The system has worked perfectly and as designed.

Under rated my system, was sussposed to get cheap power bill. Still runs over $70 in winter with lights, pellet stove and wood heat. Rated at 5.5Kw but without extra panels does not even come close. Wanted $2K to add 4 more 304 watt panels to up the rating that should been done in the original estimate!

Paying $200 a month just to pay system off early!

They don’t tell you system will not work if there is a power outage. Unless you want to pay $$$ for battery back up. Should of bought a generator.

I had a great experience. I am a do it yourself kind of guy and needed a few MC4 connectors to finish off my install . The staff was very knowledgeable and willing to help, even for a handful of $2 connectors. I would highly recommend these guys.

Solar is doing what it is supposed todo but the sales and management are all liars if you finally stop in thoe office the owner yells at you and tells you to go get your daddy when they knew my dad died a few months before. Go to anybody else but them and I bet you will get better service and customer relations. Hope you go out of business soon.

Positive Solar LLC came through for us in a huge way with this solar panel system. It is going to make a huge difference for us!

There was one problem after another with our land, a dented pole, supply shortage, trouble with our electricity set-up being up to code and installed correctly, issues with the electric company, etc etc; none of which were their fault. They worked through and solved every problem. It was a huge pain in the butt for them to get this beauty up and running, but they graciously overcame each problem and found the best solution for us.

Our system will put out more than we use AND our solar loan payment will be way less than we have ever paid for electricity since we have lived in this house.

They work all over Arizona. They sell, install, and service all themselves while many solar companies hire out the actual install and service. That means they know what is going on with your system at all times. They guarantee their work and they finance!

I have been so impressed with their customer service and willingness to advocate for the customer. One morning last week there were 7 Positive Solar guys out here to meet with me and the electric company.

I seriously cannot say enough good. I super appreciate how far above and beyond they went for us.

Unfortunately, we were told the system we bought would be more than enough for our needs when in fact it is nowhere near what was needed.

We were told in writing that a full refund would be provided and now no one from the company will return messages.

I recommend going elsewhere.

Hey Kyson, you should be proud of your crew. All on your crew, who I met, and coversed with were personable and friendly. The job was clearly explained and expertly carried out. Plus, you folks are highly thought of by the city. Sure glad we did not go with the valley guys. The service we experienced could not be better.

They are awesome. We live off grid and I will use them for all our solar needs from now on. We needed batteries badly bc ours went down hill faster than expected. From experience I knew we were in trouble bc they other popular solar company takes months to get anything done. Positive solar was on the job and had the batteries installed and running in a week and it would have been sooner but there was an ordering mix up which was fixed more than quickly. The other company still hasn’t called back. Thank you positive solar we r you’re customers now on. Wheat you r the main reason I went with positive solar you did everything you promised.

we had a solar system inspected and the report was so vague I could have done as good. Feel did not get monies worth.

Ok. I would like to amend this rating! I am SERIOUSLY IMPRESSED at how fast they got back to us this morning! Obviously there is a problem with the phone co. NOT Positive Solar! They have scheduled us for Friday . Wow this is great!! Hopefully bye-bye to solar !!
