They guided us thru financing up to the finished project. We had zero issues. Danielle was awesome whenever she said something was going to be done it was done. The installers showed up on time and were done in the time given. Our system is up and running and is working as promised. I started researching solar companies in early April 2022 and lined up four companies to talk to and get quotes from. After talking to three of them, I had already decided on the one I liked and began the initial stages to move forward with financing and getting the solar contract created. Then I talked with Dale from Rooftop Solar, the fourth company, and completely switched gears. The financing option they offered was much more appealing than the other solar financing options out there. They used quality equipment, comparable to other companies and comparable in price, but offered a much better warranty than the other companies. These factors alone were enough to make the switch to Rooftop, just from a numbers/warranty perspective, but the customer service I received from Dale exceeded all others by far (in fact, the experience stands out as one of the best, if the best, experiences I’ve ever had). Not only did he respond to all my follow-up questions/concerns after our initial discussion (I had many, we created quite the email chain) he also included links to videos and articles and even tax forms to help make sure I had all the information I was after and to provide confidence that the answers he provided were correct and accurate. In one of our phone conversations when reviewing the final agreement, he even got one of the owners on the line to help address a hypothetical scenario I brought up. The owner also reached out to me separately on a couple occasions. To summarize, the equipment and cost are comparable, the warranty and financing options are superior, and the customer service is extraordinary.

From the sales associate to the intallers, the professionalism and concern for my satisfaction with my solar system was prevalent. I am extremely satisfied with my decision to use Rooftop Solar. They truly took the time to discuss the options with me and were very honest and trustworthy.

Overall very happy with the experience using Rooftop Solar, after just finishing installing a 12.6kW system in Phoenix. Everyone was great to talk to, happy to answer questions, and was upfront (and accurate) about the timeline for the process from start to finish. The sales process also didn’t feel high-pressure like some of the other companies we got estimates from, which I really appreciated; they let us go at our own pace making the decision, and Dale was great about answering follow-up questions. The only small issue was there were a couple small details where we were told one thing during the sales process (regarding gate access and what size system our current circuit box would support), then got a different answer when we were going forward with the actual site review for the install. The adjustments needed because of this weren’t anything major, but there was no reason not to have had the accurate information from the start. Even with that small hiccup though, I would definitely use them in the future if we ever need solar at a different house!
