I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Saguaro Solar. We signed a contract in August 2023 with the promise of a 12-16 week project timeline, but here we are nearly a year later, and the project is still not completed.

The process has been nothing short of a nightmare. We had to endure five permit revisions with the city and three with the power company. Finally, on March 1, 2024, the permits were issued, but that was just the beginning of our troubles.

After an initial schedule of panel upgrade in March. On May 28, they replaced our electrical panel, but failed to schedule the necessary inspections, leaving us without power for over 24 hours. To make matters worse, the owner, Doug, admitted that they hadn’t even ordered our solar panels yet, and the panels we were supposed to get were backordered. He promised to get back to us the following week with our options, but it’s now been three more weeks, and they won’t return our calls.

Considering they have already received $24k=50% of the project this level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend Saguaro Solar to anyone. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your solar needs.

Louis and Donny just finished a SPAN panel. Original estimate was 6hrs, done in 2.5hrs. Arrived on time and worked efficiently to get the job done.

Had Nowi handle a new install of solar

back in October 2023. Super rfast install process was seamless. beyond happy haven’t had a billl all year ! They are local and have checked up on me twice this year. Will give an updated review after the summer !

John did a very good job installing my EV charger and helped me get it connected to the app.

Terrible at keeping their appointment times to do work!! This is the FOURTH time they leave us waiting with no calls to let us know what the heck is going on and when or if they will ever get here!! My husband has wasted so much time off from work waiting on this trainwreck to keep their appointments. I would avoid if possible! (And work isn’t in my name so of course you’re not gonna find the job/plead ignorance on this job.) & when we call the # on the reply below my review, they don’t answer! 🙄

From getting information at the beginning of the project to the installation and customer service afterwards, everything has been perfect! Ann was so on top of things and was able to answer all of our questions before we decided to go through with solar. We got multiple quotes and Saguaro Solar charged nearly HALF of what other companies were quoting, and we got a huge system. The installation was quick and the team was so friendly. Even calling for our tax document was quick and easy! If you’re thinking of going solar, I 10/10 recommend going with Saguaro Solar!

This is a great company. Very professional with great customer service and follow up. Would definitely recommend.

This company’s sales lady essentially promised that I wouldn’t get an electric bill, and that I would get credits from the energy company. I got the opposite. I still got an electric bill in the summer. It was much lower, but this was disappointing, still. I tried to ask them about it, and they basically said, sorry your out luck, we didn’t make any guarantees.

Saguaro Solar is a great company to work with if you want solar panels on your house. From the beginning of the project to the end their staff is awesome.
