Worst decision ever to have this company remove/reinstall my solar for a new roof to be installed! The system was not installed properly and they had to come back out 3 times to fix, first none of the conduit was bolted back down and there were exposed wires from the conduit joints not connected, then they found on the 3rd trip out that only 1 of the 3 phases were actually connected after I received my 1st months electric bill. I spoke to the owner of the company, Renee Pennington, who assured me they would take care of it and reimburse me for the electric bill expense due to lack of production. She only requested I lift the Arizona Registrar of Contractors complaint which I did after the installation was finally done right but now she won’t answer any emails or calls and has never sent me the reimbursement she promised after I emailed her my electric bill and previous months for comparison. Shop around, everyone charges basically the same price for this service, I only used them because they were contracted with Stonecreek Roofing.

I can’t thank Solar Fix, LLC enough for going above and beyond to accommodate my request on a Saturday. Mike Craig is a true professional, highly knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, and takes his time not only to explain you every line in the report he delivers but also where to look and how to understand an APS/SRP bill when it comes to solar. Don’t hesitate to contact them – you won’t be disappointed!

Solar Fix does a thorough job inspecting the system and explaining to you the system you have and how it works. He will explain how to monitor it and how to read your APS/SRP bill so you understand what you’re getting. I highly recommend Mike and Solar Fix!!

We had an issue with a 5kw inverter and Mike was able to get us up and running again in about a week, working with SMA Solar Technology AG. When the new inverter arrived and was installed there was an issue (with the inverter, not the install) and we had to do a workaround with the firmware in the inverter. Mike is very knowledgeable, professional, and timely. Does what it takes to get the job done!

Forget calling another company to try and fix your panels. ESPECIALLY with your installer being out of business. Mike/Laura are the people to call, professional, helpful and will actually fix your system without the whole run around about liabilities that these other companies feed to you. Mike also got the issue fixed a lot cheaper than anticipated! Customer for life! Thanks Mike and Laura!

We were in absolute shock when we found out how much it was going to cost to remove and replace out solar panels to have our roof repaired. A friend recommended Solar Fix and they did not disappoint. The price was in budget and they were able to accommodate our roofer’s schedule. Laura was super to deal with in the office. She was patient with our multiple requests and prompt in getting the quotes to us. The crew was on-time and quick to get everything done. When I called to schedule their return, we were already on the books tentatively, so that we lost the least amount of time with the panels out of use. They did an outstanding job.

Called and Mike was very prompt. Emailed me as he was on his way. I read a lot of his reviews and he is right on the spot. Was fast knew what was needed and installed within a week. Came back and showed me what was up with the inverter. I was not home at the time. Very smart I will keep his number to help me with my solar, because my solar panels are 18 years old. Not many companies would do as good as he did. Would recommend definitely!

He drove to my house and we connected everything in about 10 minutes. That he was willing to help remotely and coming over was outstanding.
