One of the few great companies left in this world. The Solar Gain Team is amazing with customer service, work performed and follow up, after the work was complete. I recommend them to all my friends, family and anyone else. You are doing yourself a disservice if you don’t choose Solar Gain. Special thanks to Trace for the initial start of the project, to Eric, following up on the end with all of my many concerns and how to work the system.

Partnering with Jose and the entire Solar Gain Team was a positive and efficient experience from the beginning. The project was completed in a timely manner with no unpleasant surprises. The only surprise was that everything was completed competently and on schedule which is unusual for a construction project. We are so happy with our solar carport!

Comparing Solar Gain with other top solar contractors, I put them in a category above and beyond. It doesn’t hurt that the staff is both friendly and engaging.

I bought my house with a solar system already installed but had no information about it, age, warranties etc. After a fair amount of research I found Solar Gain and it was a lucky find indeed. I called for an appointment which was accommodated in short order. The Service Tech was knowledgable and thorough. He filled in all the blanks for me and provided information for the likely future needs of the system. I will certainly continue to consult with Solar Gain and use them for all service needs.

The solar gain team was great to work with. I had some health issues in the middle of this process and they were great to work with. They made sure everything was done ahead of my surgery. The solar is up and running and everything looks and performs great. I highly recommend them.

Last year I decided to leave the solar company who installed our panels and a battery. I then went with Sal Andrade at Solar Gain and had Solar Gain install another battery.

After a few months, I noticed that the original company neglected to route the proper circuits through the battery and that the doorbell on my house was not working properly. We have a Ring doorbell and the battery stayed charged for months.

I suspected an issue with the second installation since another piece of equipment burnt out after the power was turned back on.

I called Sal, knowing that the original work wasn’t under his scope and the doorbell would be difficult to “pin” on anyone.

Sal acted as a great buffer. Solar Gain eventually came out and rerouted the circuit and installed the new doorbell mechanism.

As Fernando, the electrician who did the repair work, was leaving, he kept mentioning that he just wanted us happy.

Sal, Solar Gain and their workers made us happy.

Despite a few issues with the permitting process the overall project went very well. The crews from Solar Gain were professional quality workers. They were informative and accomplished what they planned to do each day. They cleaned up daily and at the end of the day you could not even tell they were here.

Cole was great to work with. He paid attention to details and kept us informed with what was going on the what was going to happen next.

I would recommend Cole, and Solar Gain, for any solar project you may have.

Had several Solar companies bid on on a Solar System for our Residence. Met with Trace Cecil of Solar Gain and their 12 kW PV proposal was thousands less than the competition while including equal and superior components. Went with Solar Gain and have not been disappointed. They handled all permits and agreement with Tucson Electric Power Company, and an excellent installation. My system was inspected and approved for connection with the grid in no time.

My utility bill dropped to less than 10% of my previous average bill. Plan on going with Solar Gain for future system expansions and the installation of a battery back-up system.

The service department at Solar Gain is fantastic. I have worked with Andrew Wible for multiple projects and he has always been great. I highly recommend working with Solar Gain.

Great company to deal with service is top tier. Had two inverters replaced under warranty even though i am not the original owner of the home. But the system was installed by them and honored the warranty. Technicians sent were very courteous and pleasant to work with. Service department (Bert) was great to deal with and answered many of my followup questions. I was also able to find out that through Solar Edge I can extend my inverters warranties for 15 more year for only a couple hundred dollars. I wouldn’t have known or found out without the help from Bert. I will continue to do business with this company as they are very good with communications, followups and provide additional expert advice and information.
