I had to find a new solar installer as mine went out of business and was given 6 names from my manufacturer. Streamline was the last one my list, and ‘save the best for last’ certainly applied. After calling the other five and being met with horrible customer service, unwillingness to assist with my communication issue, and insisting that a site visit was necessary for something that could be walked through an app, I arrived at Streamline. CJ was the service guy I worked with, and he gave me probably the best customer service I’ve recieved from any comoany in a while. He was knowledgeable, not just about solar but about energy in general, troubkeshooted my problem remotely, and never once tried to force a site visit on me. He walked me through their process as installers, provided realistic expectations and solutions, and honestly just made me feel comfortable and like he cared about my situation and wallet. I’m not even mad now that my previous installer is gone, and my only regret is not going with Streamline in the beginning. I definitely would recommend them! Thanks so much CJ!!

Our Streamline Solar team arrived this morning right on schedule.

Our team consisted of lead person Jessie Garcia, Jacob Hines and Malik Muhamad.

All were courteous and professional.

They spent roughly two hours diagnosing and repairing three different issues with our system.

Jessie not only explained the problems but also how he repaired them.

He also test drove the system before he left by “ jumping out” the production meter that APS had removed before repair.

Excellent service by a competent team.

Adam was great and explained everything about my solar system. He apologized that I had to wait a year due to issues with Sun Power. He is a great tech and great guy!

I would definitely recommend this company ! Especially Charise S. She was extremely professional and very helpful along every aspect of the process, I feel she even went above and beyond her role just to help me and keep me informed, I really wish more people in customer service was as helpful as Charise !!

Streamline came out and fixed a few issues I had with a system another company had installed. They came out when they said they would, which is rare here. They found and fixed the problem and got our system back working in no time. They know their stuff, there’s no upselling, no b.s. Definitely call these guys for anything solar.

Getting my solar system installed through streamline Solar was just the best way to do it. Eli helped every step of the way and made sure I was getting a good deal. Everyone I dealt with was super professional and very helpful. I will be recommending them to anybody looking for solar.

Highly recommend this company! From Marc to CJ and everyone in-between, it was flawless. The time from contract to switching on was less than 5 weeks! The installers were fast, efficient and courteous! I was apparently fortunate that APS came out so quickly to install the new meters! Couldn’t be happier! Thanks!!

These guys were great, from the original consultation to the installation and startup. Everyone I interacted with was very responsive and straightforward. They took care of all required paperwork and permits, and installation was done in one day. Even months after installation, they are very quick to respond to questions. My system is working great and I couldn’t be happier with it. In fact, I just recently ordered a system upgrade with a backup battery from them to get me though power outages. I wouldn’t even consider any other company.

To be honest it wasn’t the best experience there was a little bit of trouble upon the installation that we made a fuss about and they came out and fixed. Since then we’ve had a few warranty issues we’ve had a little trouble with them about that. In the long run though it didn’t cost us anything like it wasn’t supposed to. Overall they are a reputable company, I feel.
