Just received my Solar today they were very professional and courteous made sure everything was cleaned up. Nothing was left behind. Everything looked the same as when they got here nice and clean Solar. Install went really nice. Everything looks very professional.

Great company to work with! Caleb and Angel arrived on time each day. They were friendly and professional. They always asked before doing anything, gave me options for layout, cleaned up everything every day. Great office staff as well!

What an amazing group of young men! Ely and his team arrived on time each day. They were friendly, organized, neat, and professional. They were courteous and respectful by always asking to enter the home or access others parts of the property. They never assumed but always asked before doing anything. They picked up every piece of debris off the roof and in the yard, not leaving a shred of evidence that they were even on the property.

Before leaving, Ely took the time to explain our next steps in the solar installation process, such as how to power the panels after the final inspection. I would work with him and his team again and again, and will definitely refer him to my family, friends, and neighbors.

The crew did a great job installing the panels and especially Ely. Ely was very communicative and kept me posted on everything that was going on during the install. I can’t believe how fast they installed the panels and got everything up and running. I’m extremely happy with their services and highly recommend them.

T&K Electric installed solar panels on our house Feb 2022. After interviewing a couple other major solar installers I chose T&K for a few reasons: They are a local electric company that does their own work as opposed to a contractor. I liked the specs and quality of the panels and inverters they use and the cost was competitive. They gave me more options as well, the others had only one configuration to sell me. I’m glad I went with the micro inverters. T&K really showed satisfaction in their systems. Electricians were polite and helpful. They did a very nice job and guaranteed their work and they guarantee the production of the panels.

We had a rough start the first year. Had a hard time getting support for a few months when we were still getting high electric bills. I guess they had some problems with support staff during that time. Tommy DO co-owner contacted us and helped us solve our problem. They have been very responsive since. The system has worked perfectly from day 1 but APS was not crediting our account correctly that first year. After contacting APS a few times they fixed it. T&K installed a power monitoring Sense device that helped us really take advantage of the solar power and optimize or power usage. It’s been over two years now and I am still very happy with it. I can’t say we are saving a whole lot of money with solar. While we don’t pay APS anymore we are making payments on the Solar loan but it costs a little less at the end of the year, saving maybe $500-$1000.

The house is about 5000 sqft 6 bedroom with two AC units, a pool, electric oven and dryer, and terribly inefficient windows. Costing $3000-4000 per year for electricity from APS before solar. Solar loan now costs $2800/yr with no electric bill and usually have a few hundred dollars credit from APS at the end of the year. We are pretty frugal with electricity to accomplish that. The system is 41 panels, 15KW. T&K originally recommended a 23KW system for our house and power usage but we chose a smaller system to cut the cost. Although 23KW would be more comfortable, It would make more sense to invest in our biggest energy loss… replacing all the old aluminum window frames.

I will be calling T&K when I need any other electric Heat/AC work done, very happy with the business.

I am pleased with T&K Electric and the results I have had over the course of planning the solar installation, the install and subsequent followup.

It began with Dave Hardy presenting the product and helping to plan the final product. Each member of the team has been awesome. Their customer service has been top notch throughout the process.

Unlike many owners, Tommy has been involved and accessible.

I cannot imagine that anyone could give this group of people less than a 5 star review if they are honest with what is provided.

T&K Electric has been amazing to work with! They have both English and Vietnamese speaking employees. Rachel and her team  submitted all the HOA forms, utility and permit forms in a timely manner. Kim and Mariem kept me updated along the whole process. Ely and his install crew were a delight! They answered all my questions and left my property just as it was before they arrived. I would work with them again, and would recommend them to my family and friends.

The service is excellent. Caleb is really responsive and very helpful with all the questions and concerns that I had. I am very satisfied with the recessed lights that Caleb installed.

T&K Electric just installed our solar panels and a splitter in our garage and we are very happy with prices, quality of work, and service. They were very responsive to all questions. A great experience!

Worst company ever customer service is horrible Tammy in accounting is probably the most dangerous person in the whole company she will literally lie to you threaten you and then rob you of your own money they were never on time it went 6 months past my turn on date they I was supposed to have my power turned on make you pay for your bill and promise to pay any payments owed prior to the power turned on but when you pay they never reimburse you and they threaten you with lawyers seems like I’m not the only client that knows about this every one of their employees have complained to me while working on my house and have since left the company. And I keep in contact with them they have been paid their last paychecks either I don’t even know how this company is still in businessTHIS was THE BIGGEST mistake of my life SAVEYOUR SELF THE HASSLE AND THE MONEY LOST GO TO ANOTHER SOLAR /electric company when you ask to speak to the owner they give you the run around Tommy do I would love the chance to speak with you so whenever you have time and your not out of the country

I have a few hiccups along the way. But everyone involved has been great and helpful. Mostly my problem came when SRP did there part. My cooler was blown and I had no hot water because they didn’t connect it right to the breaker box. But all in I had a pretty good experience.
